Bookings are now being taken for The Farm House, the latest luxury property to be offered at Honies Farm Barns, which will be available from the middle of November 2024.  This stunning property will offer spacious luxury accommodation for up to ten guests overlooking open fields and offering the perfect countryside getaway for larger families or groups of friends. This is also a dog friendly property.

The Ground Floor comprises...
Main Entrance & Hall - Extensive Living Room -  Smaller Snug/TV Room - Large Open Plan Kitchen/Diner - Utility Room - Laundry/Store - Separate toilet.

The First Floor comprises...
Bedroom 1: With Super Kingsize Bed - (zip link so can be twin beds on request) with En-suite.
Bedroom 2: With Super Kingsize Bed - (zip link so can be twin beds on request).
Bedroom 3: With Super Kingsize bed - (zip and link so can be twin beds on request).
Bedroom 4: With Super Kingsize bed (zip and link so can be twin beds on request).
Main Bathroom & Separate Shower Room.

Outside...  Lawned garden with garden furniture. Hot tub for 8 (private). Private parking for 6 cars. Please note there are 2 steps in the garden.

All of our properties have air source heat pump underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and Magimix coffee machine with some capsules included.  Should guests require a travel cot and/or highchair, these are available on request. 

Please note:  This property has a security deposit of £100 -  This is a No Smoking property  -  Dogs are allowed in The Farm House.

Should you wish to book a stay for an even larger group of families and/or friends, The Farm House sleeping ten and all four luxury Barns sleeping from four to seven, may be booked together, offering total accommodation for thirty one guests.

The Farm House also benefits from being close to the historic town of Newark which is only five miles away, as well as  eighteen miles from Nottingham and twenty three miles from Lincoln,  making it an ideal base for touring and exploring the area.  Whether it’s a spa day at nearby Eden Hall, trips down the River Trent from Newark, visiting the Cathedral Quarter in Lincoln or days watching the cricket or shopping in Nottingham there is something for everyone to enjoy. There is a shop and pub within three miles drive with the pub at nearby Farndon overlooking the River Trent where you enjoy refreshment as the motor cruisers float by.
